We meticulously review each camera across active client sites for any total video loss. Upon detection, agents promptly update records with site details, camera numbers, and the issue for documentation.

We monitor client sites for storage with less than 30 days of retrievable recordings. If below this threshold, agents promptly update the software or spreadsheet tracker for robust documentation, ensuring clients have easy access to all relevant surveillance data.

Our skilled agents identify technical issues and initiate tech support tickets using platforms like Salesforce and TaskRay, directing them to Level-1 engineers for resolution.

Our seasoned Level-1 tech support engineers expertly handle technical issues, retrieving and resolving tickets from Salesforce. If the issue requires onsite attention, they escalate to Level-2 support or coordinate with the field team for a site visit.
